How Green Are You? Take the Eco-Footprint Survey

How "green" are you? Click the link to take the Go Green Committee's eco-footprint survey. It will measure your impact on the environment and enter you to win a sustainability prize pack. Responses are due by April 12.

An "eco-footprint" is a measure of how the choices of consumers impact the environment (e.g., how many acres it takes to provide resources and absorb wastes to sustain a certain lifestyle). The purpose of this survey is to better understand the ecological attitudes and behaviors of the students, faculty, staff and administration at Old Dominion. Responses are voluntary and participants will remain anonymous; the entire survey should take about 10 minutes.

For questions or comments about the survey, contact Eddie Hill in the human movement sciences department at or 683-4881.

The eco-footprint survey is sponsored by the Go Green Committee and the Center for Service and Civic Engagement, a component of the Office of Student Activities and Leadership.

For more information contact or 683-6948. And be sure to save the date for Blue Goes Green Week, April 21-27.
